Purr was imagined in February 2021, originating from the need of a social platform specifically for queer women, non-binary, and trans people. Headquartered in the Windy City of Chicago, Purr began its research and development in the early months of 2022. A small, dedicated team, set out to develop the next groundbreaking social networking app tailored for queer women, non-binary, and trans individuals.
By the conclusion of 2023, Purr had achieved a remarkable level of stability and confidence, displaying resilience in overcoming the challenges of the development stage. We look forward to sharing our innovative platform!
